1. Booking & Confirmation

All private dinner experiences must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued and the required deposit has been received.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking date. The remaining balance 70% is due 10 days prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

• Cancellations made up to 6 or more prior to the are subject to 30% non refundable deposit. 
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are NON refundable.
• Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Any price differences may apply.
• Special events like New Years eve or private events are subject to 50% non refundable deposit up to 8 days. 7 Days or less prior the event - NON refundable,
   

Menus are agreed upon in advance. Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated no later than 3 prior to the event. While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, the host cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

The experience includes 3 hours of service unless otherwise specified and depending on the group interest.
 

The host shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event, except where caused by proven negligence. Guests participate at their own risk and the owner - host is not responsable for any liability.

The host is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or illness. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the host reserves the right to take non-intrusive photographs during the event for promotional purposes. Client privacy will always be respected.

By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
 

An Argentine New Year’s celebration often centers on an asado, a long, social barbecue that begins in the late afternoon and stretches into the night. The air fills with the slow, smoky aroma of wood or charcoal as cuts of beef—asado de tira (short ribs), vacío, entraña, and chorizos—cook patiently on a parrilla. The asador, usually a proud family member or friend, tends the fire carefully, turning meat unhurriedly while conversation, laughter, and music flow around them.

Cancelation policy for this event: 

Payment has to be done 10 days or earlier than 31 Dec 2025

Cancelation up to 8 days - 50 % refund

Cancelation 7 days or less - NON refundable.
