We offer a unique experience in Bariloche. We open our "quincho" ( typical place within an argentine house where we gather to have dinner around the BBQ) for you to enjoy a night as we locals do. This is not a prepared show or any performance. We invite you as we invite our family and friends and sometimes we might invite them too with yo
We offer a unique experience in Bariloche. We open our "quincho" ( typical place within an argentine house where we gather to have dinner around the BBQ) for you to enjoy a night as we locals do. This is not a prepared show or any performance. We invite you as we invite our family and friends and sometimes we might invite them too with you :) My husband Ernesto makes the ASADO/BBQ on the real fire and I prepare the salads, dessert and the table for the guest.

Our story
This all started in Manaus-Brazil! WHAT? Yes! When my sister Analia was with her husband visiting the city of Manaus-Amazon area in Brazil... They took an unusual cooking excursion! Then they went to a local family house to cook there and enjoy a family meal together with a Brazilian family!

Thats when we though that we could certainly open our home for travelers that are open about an authentic local experience. Then my husband started the fire... i prepared salads and... the rest is history!
